These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Diesel Win, an online casino and sportsbook operated by Win Top Ltd under an offshore licence issued by the Curaçao gaming authority. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before depositing any funds.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is £25. We accept a wide range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, and cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE and USDT). Withdrawals are processed in up to 3 hours once approved. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any verification requirements. We do not guarantee processing times outside our control, such as bank or network delays. All transactions are subject to our internal security checks.

Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

Before we process your first withdrawal — and at any point we consider it necessary — we are required to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where required. Failure to provide the requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.

Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Our welcome offer provides 460% up to £15,000 plus 460 free spins across your first five deposits. All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a ×40 wagering requirement, which must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses not used within this period will be forfeited. Each bonus may carry its own specific terms, including game restrictions and maximum bet limits whilst wagering. Sports free bets are available as part of our sportsbook welcome package, up to £115; please refer to the individual promotion page for full details. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses are intended for recreational use and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Who May Hold an Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Diesel Win. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held within them may be forfeited. We do not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your country of residence before registering.

Account Suspension for Fraud, Abuse or Duplicate Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or the operation of multiple accounts. In such cases, we may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where illegal activity is confirmed, we will report the matter to the relevant authorities and any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be seized.

Responsible Gambling Tools and Self-Exclusion

We are committed to promoting safer gambling. We offer responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. If you wish to self-exclude, please contact our support team, who will action your request promptly. We encourage any player who feels their gambling may be causing harm to make use of these tools or to seek support from an independent organisation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you in advance by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of your account following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
